Project Accountant with Strong Billing Experience - Houston, Tx

Our client is a services company that bills by the project and they are looking for a project accountant with strong billing experience.

Their culture is an employee-friendly collaborative that encourages work-life balance. They offer a 35 hour work week and every other Friday off in the Summer.

They are seeking to hire a Project Accountant / Billing Specialist with 3+ years of related experience in the Accounting, Legal, Advertising, Architectural, Construction, Engineering or Staffing industry. They are looking for someone who is proficient with time and billing or production billing.

Responsibilities:

• Project Billing
• Processing AP / Coding Invoices including AMEX
• Special Projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of billing/invoicing
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Word
• QuickBooks, Deltek, Elite or Aderant software is a plus
