Programmer Analyst
Job Description
Work with the development team to plan and build solutions in Dynamics 365 Online and MS Portals, including:
- Create and modify code and software
- Create and modify screens and reports
- Gather and analyze data for the conduct of studies to establish the technical and economic feasibility of proposed computer systems, and for the development of functional and system design specifications
- Design methods and procedures for small computer systems, and sub-system of larger systems
- Develop, test and implement small computer systems, and sub-systems of larger systems
- Produce forms, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures for systems and/or applications
- Collaborate with business analysts and project leads to understand functional requirements and document technical specifications.
- Develop and configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules for R4 and R5 streams.
- Implement Power Automate flows and other Power Platform customizations as required.
- Build, configure, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for automated solution deployment.
- Deploy CRM solutions to QA, UAT, and PROD environments, ensuring proper release documentation and minimal business disruption.
- Assist with system integrations, data migration, and validation between environments to ensure data integrity.
- Support unit testing, QA, and UAT activities; identify and resolve functional and technical issues.
