About Our Client

Our client, an international creative media agency, is seeking a Programmatic Media Manager. All applicants must have advertising, media buying, media planning or ad-ops experience. The Programmatic Media Manager will be responsible for managing client campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data and providing insights to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities:

The Programmatic Media Manager will perform a diverse range of functions including:

  • Develop, execute and communicate programmatic campaign strategies
  • Deliver insights to optimize campaigns and advise of campaign constraints
  • Identify new opportunities and encourage broader media planning teams to implement strategies and creative solutions
  • Provide strategic campaign measurement recommendations
  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time, accurately and perform on budget and to established KPI’s
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and programmatic teams to fine tune media buying processes
  • Assist in the evaluation of new tools, opportunities or enhancements for integration efforts to improve the value of the marketing dataset
  • Analyze campaign performance and media buys across inventory and demand sources
  • Maintain knowledge of media technology buying platforms and analytics tools


Qualifications:

The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

  • At least 1 year experience in a programmatic media buying role
  • Must have fluency with media buying-related technologies, including DSPs, DMP, 3rd party ad servers and SSPs
  • Hands-on execution and in-the-field management of client campaigns
  • High level understanding of campaign, ad server, impression, and user data that can help capitalize on KPIs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Have active listening skills and a collaborative and positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Strategic, analytical, proactive and creative thinker
  • Post-secondary Degree in the field of economics, mathematics, business analytics, statistics, computer science, marketing, advertising or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
