Job Summary

The Program Specialist is responsible for coordinating a variety of administrative and program management activities to ensure client expectations are exceeded. As an integral member of the program management team, you will plan and implement contract compliance and quality control initiatives, and coordinate efforts to ensure workforce retention. To succeed in this role, you must be adept at working effectively in an extremely pressured environment and skilled at managing multiple projects within tight deadlines and an exceptional attention to detail. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track contract performance with a focus on continuous process improvement. Generate regular metric reports on labor fill rates, turnover and replenishment and labor hour utilization against contract requirements.
  • Maintain proper and thorough recordkeeping as required by contracts (CPAR, CPSR) and company policy on both internal databases and government reporting systems.
  • Participate in quality control processes for addressing issues and concerns, implementing corrective actions, communicating resolutions to appropriate stakeholders, and conducting follow-up to ensure success of corrective action plans.
  • Prepare credentialing and security packages to government specifications and ensure required approvals are secured within the established timeframe.
  • Assists program managers to develop and implement workforce retention and recognition programs.
  • Engage in regular communications with internal program managers and client contacts to review workforce performance and contract compliance.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration or related field.
  • Three years of experience in program administration / contract management / business analysis.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Federal contracting experience is desirable.
  • Veteran a plus.
