Program Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to oversee and coordinate various customers within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, tenacity, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex programs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.
Job Responsibilities:
· Self-Manage your daily task with minimal Supervision understanding your deliverables to the team(s).
· Evaluating customer requirements, developing a schedule to meet customer needs.
· Analyze customer requirements by identifying what operation is needed by fulfilling the customer requirements validating parts will ship on time.
· Understanding system requirements, working with Plant Manager on capacity vs. load by work center, by the customer demands, help develop a plan to ensure success of the requirement.
· Communications between all departments is essential for success, bringing solutions to any problems and develop a team concept by working together with a team bringing resolution while understanding customer’s needs.
· Provide any support to the team, department or process, that helps drive success.
· Gives leadership by your actions and communication to the team personnel ensuring all product Quality and on time delivery.
· Helps support continues improvements, while working with your teammates, keeping clear communication on part status.
· Provides leadership by showing support to all his teammates by working together.
· Gives feedback to the customers, meeting their expectations.
· Communicating with the customers on plant, part status filling out customer forms timely meeting their expectations.
· When communicating with the customer, you are representing MPTC being respectful and professional at all times.
· Receive and review new contracts with the President.
· Analyzes customer shipping list, reviewing the dates with the team, adjusting schedule with the Plant Manager accordingly.
Other Skills:
· Working knowledge of operations, manufacturing and MRP
· Must be safety cautious when by yourself, or touring customers in the plant
· Good communications skills. Able to talk with customers and team respectfully, develop more leads for more work with the customers.
· Ability to communicate to other team members what the customer is asking for.
· Have good time management skills, analytical, strong math skills able to read analyze and interpret contracts etc.
· Possess strong interpersonal skills to relate with all members of the team.
· Proficient in all Microsoft Products (Excel, Word PP, Microsoft 365), Vantage and EPICORE software.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business communications is preferred.
· Proficient with Contracts, Cost Management and Aerospace Industry.
· 3 + Years’ experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Environment
· Aviation and Aerospace Manufacturing is a Plus
· AS 9100 Quality System a Plus
