Our client is a leading MGA program administrator that provides commercial casualty insurance products and programs across multiple industries in the insurance space. The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the development and delivery of casualty insurance programs.

COMPENSATION

Salary range is $200,000 to $285,000+, depending on experience. Eligibility for bonus. Compensation package includes a full suite of benefits that are 75% paid for employees and family.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new programs to retail agency distribution network.
  • Work with reinsurers, actuaries, and insurance company partners to develop pricing, analyze/forecast loss scenarios, and build programs.
  • Collaborate with management team to coordinate delivery of new programs and management of existing programs.
  • Develop UW guidelines, target pricing, systems, and procedures to match risk appetite.
  • Oversee existing underwriting team to assure adherence to company guidelines.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant industry experience.
  • 5 or more years of experience in program management with an MGA or insurance company.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial GL and Umbrella coverage forms, pricing methodologies, reinsurance, and actuarial review processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
