Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain Solutions & Program Management for a privately held 3rd Party Logistics provider having established themselves as one of the premier logistics companies in the United States. Their service offerings include warehousing, drayage, brokerage, and other valued added transportation services with a focus in retail, CPG, home goods, and FMCG, electronics, technology, and automotive clients.
The Program Manager will focus on architecting and enabling solutions for the Infrastructure, Implementation and Operations Engineering group while partnering with IT and other groups to develop an E2E go forward solutions architecture. Engage with business stakeholders, by partnering with the operations leads and strategic subject matter experts, to understand their strategic objectives, initiatives, pain points and needs for transforming their supply chain. The individual will work across multiple business and functional dimensions by understanding Supply Chain strategies. Turning these strategies into Supply Chain business models and solutions to be implemented and driving their implementations. The ideal candidate will drive Supply Chain processes and related IT solutions enablement through their experience in both business process and IT solutions architecture as well as proven successful implementation of solutions (process, tool, management of change) across most of the Supply Chain functions: Forecasting, Demand/Supply Planning, Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Transactional procurement (Source-to-Pay), Supply Chain Master Data Management (Supplier Life-cycle Management and Product Life-cycle Management).

Background Required:
- Program Management experience in a supply chain, logistics environment (5–10 years of experience)
- Multinational company experience in the global supply chain space working with Tier 1 level customers. Consumer Products (5–10 years of experience)
- Defining, implementing, and deploying Supply Chain solutions (process/business models, tools, management of change)
- Supply Chain functions (Forecasting, Planning, Order Fulfillment, Procurement, Logistics, Master Data Management, source-to-pay) and across industries. Negotiations Staff management & training
- End-to-end Supply Chain solutions architecture experience
- Knowledgeable in areas of ocean liner, domestic warehousing and fulfillment, transportation, and end consumer B2B, B2C, Omni
- Sector Experience: CPG, Home Goods, FMCG
- Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook
- Education: bachelor’s degree in supply chain or equivalent years of experience
- Residence: Southern California/In office
- Bi-Lingual: English & Spanish
- Building relationships with key suppliers
- Continuous Improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
