Job Description:

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years progressively responsible experience in an administrative or program coordinator position.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance necessary to successfully perform job responsibilities, including divisional, departmental and county government administrative rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of computer systems and software applications required to perform job duties.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to interact professionally and effectively with staff, management, regulators, and other stakeholders. Able to communicate information that requires explanation or interpretation.
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
