Production Technician - RF Systems and Antennas

We are actively seeking a Production Technician to expand our team at a leading company specializing in engineered RF systems and antenna solutions located in Boulder, CO. This full-time role entails assembling high-quality RF components, managing both complex and routine technical assembly tasks, and ensuring seamless production processes. Salary: $41,600 - $72,800 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interpret work instructions, drawings, and test procedures to accurately gather and prepare all necessary materials and tools for assembly.
  • Utilize templates, fixtures, or measurement equipment to align and assemble parts and subassemblies.
  • Examine connections of assemblies for correctness, securing parts as specified in the technical manuals.
  • Communicate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve any assembly issues or discrepancies noted during production.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory needs promptly by anticipating necessary supplies and liaising with the Production Planners for replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on production processes and reworks as required.
  • Assist in various production tasks and support colleagues in completing project deadlines and objectives.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid Colorado driver's license.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient with inspection and power tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize safety compliance, quality, and accuracy in a production environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent judgment, decision-making ability, and capability to quickly complete training and adapt to new processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • J-STD-001 Solder Certification.
  • Familiarity with Standard Electro Static Discharge (ESD) practices.
