Qualifications

• General knowledge of plastics industry, Manufacturing, Tooling and Design
• Must be a team-oriented individual with a positive attitude
• Able to do paperwork accurately and completely
• Must have a good attendance record
• Must be willing to work overtime
• High School diploma or GED or better
• Team Player: Works well as a member of a group
• Leader: Inspires teammates to follow them

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operation of area assigned and maintaining production schedule
• Capable of processing jobs without assistance
• Final responsibility for all products manufactured
• Responsible for enforcing company policy
• Training of operators
• Lead by EXAMPLE
• Responsible for shop cleanliness and safety in area assigned
• Perform other duties as needed
