Large International Manufacturing company located in Angola Indiana is looking for a Production Supervisor

JOB DUTIES

• Directing the activities of assigned manufacturing department.
• Assuring that production schedules are met, while maintaining performance to established quality and safety standards.
• Plans work, makes assignments, trains new employees, promotes employee participation in problem solving, and consistently demonstrates support for company procedures and policies

Requirements

• 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lead a team in multiple aspects; including the ability to produce clear written and verbal instructions
