Production Supervisor

Our client in the Guelph area is looking for a qualified Production Supervisor to elevate their operations. In this key role, you'll oversee daily operations, guide a dynamic team, ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all shop departments.


What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support production teams across multiple departments
• Assign and adjust workloads based on schedules, skillsets, and priorities
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Scheduling & Logistics
• Ensure accurate ERP and production records
• Champion health & safety, including inspections and training
• Conduct performance support, incident investigations, and shop tasks as needed

What You Bring:

• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• MUST HAVE welding knowledge and experience
• 5+ years in a production/manufacturing environment
• OSSD or equivalent education
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of metalworking, welding, cranes, forklifts, and ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OHSA compliance
