Production Supervisor: ME

Role You Will Play:

In this position, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the manufacturing line while leading, mentoring, and working alongside the production team. This position manages, develops, and implements processes to drive manufacturing and streamline production output including lean manufacturing practices, quality control, and safety compliance while closely monitoring key performance indicators of each associate. The ideal candidate for this position will have expert-level production leadership experience and the willingness to roll up their sleeves and get the job done while maintaining a positive attitude.
