Production Supervisor - Minneapolis
Required Education & Experience:
Supervisory experience in food manufacturing required.
Food safety and sanitation management.
Leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication competence.
2 or 4 year degree highly desired but not required.
The Production Supervisor
will oversee the production employees on the Night Shift to ensure that quality requirements and customer volume requirements are met.
Carries out safety and regulatory policies.
Accountable for the education and development programs for shift personnel.
Responsible for inventory accuracy and production coverage.
Reinforce with production schedules and staffing demands.
Controls sanitation procedures.
Arranges equipment repairs.
