Job Description

Required Education & Experience:
  • Supervisory experience in food manufacturing required.
  • Food safety and sanitation management.
  • Leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication competence.
  • 2 or 4 year degree highly desired but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Production Supervisor will oversee the production employees on the Night Shift to ensure that quality requirements and customer volume requirements are met.
  • Carries out safety and regulatory policies.
  • Accountable for the education and development programs for shift personnel.
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy and production coverage.
  • Reinforce with production schedules and staffing demands.
  • Controls sanitation procedures.
  • Arranges equipment repairs.
