The successful candidate will oversee the lamination line processes in-house and provide direct supervision for this new division’s day-to-day operations. This role involves coordinating production activities, assisting with hiring and training staff, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and helping integrate lamination processes into the company’s existing operational framework.
