Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Assemble, package, or process products based on production requirements
- Perform basic equipment inspections and report issues to supervisors
- Monitor product quality and follow quality control standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
- Meet productivity and efficiency goals
- Assist with other production tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
