Job Description:

• Coordinate and manage daily production schedules to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Monitor workflows to ensure maximum efficiency without compromising quality.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain seamless operations.
• Maintain high standards of precision and craftsmanship across all production processes.
• Proactively address potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
• Mentor and develop team members, emphasizing personal growth and skill enhancement.
• Foster open communication and empower employees to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive lean manufacturing principles and implement innovative production strategies.
• Evaluate and enhance current processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Handle unexpected challenges, such as equipment failures or material shortages, with composure and clear strategy.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as labor efficiency, on-time delivery, and rework rates.
• This role operates primarily on the production floor and requires frequent interaction with technical staff and management.
• Extended hours may be necessary to meet critical deadlines.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in production or operations leadership, preferably in custom manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex workflows.
• Strong knowledge of welding (MIG/TIG), electrical sub-assemblies, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Educated in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
