Overview:

The Production Manager oversees manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality. They manage staffing, compliance, and production schedules, while also driving strategic planning and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Lead production, safety, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Oversee business planning, budgeting, and staffing.
• Ensure efficient workflows and production scheduling.
• Develop employees through training and mentorship.
• Manage customer relationships and operational needs.

Qualifications for Production Manager:

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• 5–10 years of manufacturing experience, with 3–5 years in a progressive leadership role.
• Knowledge of surface treatment processes preferred.

Proficiency in:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g., JOBBOSS, Salesforce).
• Quality Assurance systems.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
