Production Manager

A world-class, industry leading manufacturer of carbon fiber solutions, and engineering designs currently has a position available for a Production Manager in the Hood River, OR area. This role would receive a generous base salary, monthly bonuses, profit sharing, an outstanding benefits package that includes medical, vision, dental, and 401K matching, along with other terrific perks.

Required work experience includes:

• 5+ years of experience Managing in a Manufacturing Environment is a MUST
• Experienced with Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing (Kanban, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, pull scheduling, Deming and Covey, etc.)is a MUST
• Ability to pass a Drug Test (includes tobacco and alcohol) is a MUST
• Prior experience in a Production Environment using Composite Molding, Resin, Plastics, Glass, Metal Fabrication, or Carbon Fiber is a MUST
• Previous experience with AS9100D or ISO 9001 is a PLUS
• Experienced in using ERP or MRP software systems is a PLUS
• Bachelor degree in Manufacturing Management, Engineering, Business, or related field is a PLUS
