• The Production Manager will perform day-to-day production initiatives including management and leadership of 10-30 personnel to include Operations, Maintenance, and E&I staff.
• Production Yield Tracking; SOP development/ Batch sheet Improvements.
• Management of plant operation/ maintenance budget. Implement CAPA processes. Conduct Risk Assessments.
• Chemical Process troubleshooting with deviations. Manage In-Plant Inventory.
• Implement and maintain compliance of Environmental (Air, Water, Waste) and OSHA Regulations for production units.
• Relocation provided. $120K-$140K.

• The Production Manager will have a BS Chemical Engineering degree with 8+ years of experience working as a Production Engineer/ Manager in the chemical industry or related PSM manufacturing plant.
• Experience in batch processing including Cycle times/ Equipment Capacity.
• Extensive background in compliance of environmental, OSHA/ PSM/ ISO 9001 regulations.
• SPC/ SQC functional understanding.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
