We have a great client in the greater Seattle area looking for a Production/Process Manufacturing Manager, ideal candidate will have the following;

The Senior Manager, Production is responsible for the manufacturing operation and implementation of activities to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Perform activities in concordance with FDA-QSR and ISO-13485 standards; ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations. Select, develop, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Plan and administer procedures and budget, serve as a manufacturing representative and technical expert.

This position is part of the Company’s Operations Team and will be located on site in greater Seattle, Washington.

• Leads a diverse team of Supervisors, Production Chemists, Lab Technicians, and contractors to ensure production milestones are met.
• Work across other operations departments to create partnerships to solve technical and non-technical problems.
• Responsible for ensuring all department reports are updated and delivered on time.
• Be the technical expert who will lead special projects and Kaizens to improve the operations of the department.
• Coach and develop team members on their job performance.
• Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output of the department.
• Manage the budget and resource planning to meet project objectives within the department.
