Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a Production Manager in North Atlanta, GA.

We’re seeking an experienced leader to oversee day-to-day operations at a commercial architectural millwork and casework company. This full-time, on-site position plays a critical role in production planning, quality control, and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee shop floor operations and production schedule

• Ensure product quality and timely delivery

• Lead and support shop staff, promoting a collaborative team environment

• Manage budgets, shop safety (OSHA compliance), and maintenance

• Coordinate across departments including HR, project management, purchasing, and installation

• Review architectural drawings and ensure adherence to industry standards (LEED, FSC, AWI, SEFA)

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial woodworking manufacturing

• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and architectural drawings

• Proficiency in Excel

• Familiarity with LEED, FSC, AWI, AWI QCP, and SEFA standards

• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
