Production Manager for High Tech Manufacturing

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year plus Stock Grants

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tactical supervision of production activities and personnel handling high-tech products.
  • Strategic planning, including resource and inventory management to optimize production efficiency.
  • Engagement in problem-solving activities and continuous process improvement with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Overseeing fabrication processes, especially in environments involving ceramics and semiconductors.
  • Ensuring the use of proper safety protocols, particularly in the handling and use of chemicals.
  • Documentation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing high-tech product production.
  • Knowledgeable in using and maintaining equipment such as microscopes and computer-operated machinery.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications for production and inventory management.
  • Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills essential for precise handling of small and intricate components.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ceramics or semiconductor industries.
  • Familiarity with CAD software or similar engineering tools.
  • Background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Prior experience managing teams in a production environment.
