Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year plus Stock Grants
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tactical supervision of production activities and personnel handling high-tech products.
- Strategic planning, including resource and inventory management to optimize production efficiency.
- Engagement in problem-solving activities and continuous process improvement with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Overseeing fabrication processes, especially in environments involving ceramics and semiconductors.
- Ensuring the use of proper safety protocols, particularly in the handling and use of chemicals.
- Documentation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing high-tech product production.
- Knowledgeable in using and maintaining equipment such as microscopes and computer-operated machinery.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office applications for production and inventory management.
- Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills essential for precise handling of small and intricate components.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ceramics or semiconductor industries.
- Familiarity with CAD software or similar engineering tools.
- Background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
