Production Manager: TX

Role You Will Play:

As Production Manager, you'll be responsible for supervising all aspects of the door pre-finishing process, including staff management, production optimization, warehouse leadership, quality control, and budget management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, set and monitor production targets, and continuously improve the location’s processes. Previous experience in window and door manufacturing is required. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
