Our client has been a major specialty piping supplier in the commercial HVAC industry since the 1950s! They are currently looking for an early-level Production Manager with a few years of experience in a leadership capacity in a metal shop or metal-based product.

Our client has been a major specialty piping supplier in the commercial HVAC industry since the 1950s! They are currently looking for an early-level Production Manager with a few years of experience in a leadership capacity in a metal shop or metal-based product.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement production plans and strategies
- Supervise and manage the production team
- Monitor and analyze production data
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement initiatives to promote a safe working environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production, quality, and health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and people skills
