A growing manufacturer in the consumer goods sector is hiring a Blow Molding Manager to lead a plastic bottle production department running extrusion blow molding machines.

This is a rare opportunity in bottle manufacturing: the 24/4 production schedule provides dedicated time for preventive maintenance, team training, and process improvement — creating a less pressured environment compared to most high-speed, round-the-clock operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise daily operations across two shifts (operators & packers)

• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality

• Implement PM programs and train team on safe, efficient practices

• Use KPIs (OEE, downtime, scrap) to drive continuous improvement

• Coordinate with maintenance, planning, and inventory teams

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in extrusion blow molding manufacturing

• Strong leadership, technical troubleshooting, and process focus
