Production Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The Process / Production Engineer will monitor and improve performance of production processes in the Production Units.
- Identify production related issues and generate appropriate continuous improvement strategies.
- Analyze data, handle investigations and provide troubleshooting for productivity, quality and equipment issues, etc.
- Handle process improvement related projects.
- Correlate final product quality to production processing data.
- Track production yields and perform mass balances.
- Utilize RCA, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) tools.
- Relocation provided. $100K-$115K.
- The Production Engineer / Process Engineer will have a BS degree in chemical engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing or process engineering.
- Strong understanding of chemical processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in chemical manufacturing.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
