• The Process / Production Engineer will monitor and improve performance of production processes in the Production Units.
• Identify production related issues and generate appropriate continuous improvement strategies.
• Analyze data, handle investigations and provide troubleshooting for productivity, quality and equipment issues, etc.
• Handle process improvement related projects.
• Correlate final product quality to production processing data.
• Track production yields and perform mass balances.
• Utilize RCA, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) tools.
• Relocation provided. $100K-$115K.

• The Production Engineer / Process Engineer will have a BS degree in chemical engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing or process engineering.
• Strong understanding of chemical processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in chemical manufacturing.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
