Production Coordintaor

Production Coordinator for kid’s private label, Costco and Walmart are a plus

Some responsibilities but not limited to:

• Communicate daily with overseas offices and vendors to track development and production statuses

• Working on daily packages received with sales Samples, strike off, lab dips approvals
• Familiar working with Costco Canada, US, and International business
• Follow up on Costco sales samples
• Review OCS, size range, UPC and update excel charts for customer.
• Packaging requirements, trims, Hanger, carton marking, labeling approvals with factory
• Preparing Constantia document for Costco Mexico.
• Follow up on Lifestyle hangtag artworks and approvals with design.
• Coordinate with designers, buyers, and technical designers to ensure all production requirements such as lab dips, colors, trims, fabric quality, and fit are met

• Ensure on time delivery of production samples by monitoring Time and Action Calendars
• Ensure trim sheets and sewing details are provided to factories according to the time and action calendar

Qualifications:

• A least 3+ years of production experience
• Prepare factory POS details once sales gives PO details
• Update AS400 data , data entry on quantity, X-Factory dates
• Must be proactive and possess the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Must have exceptional organizational skills
• Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
