Product Marketing Manager (Payments / Payment Hubs)

Remote (ET or CT preferred)

What this role is really about

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who actually gets payments—someone who understands how money moves, how banks think, and what makes a payment hub valuable (and complicated).

This isn’t a “just write some messaging” kind of role. You’ll be the person who connects the dots between a pretty technical product and the people buying it—payments leaders, ops teams, and execs at banks and credit unions.

If you’ve worked around payment hubs, real-time payments, ACH, wires, etc.—you’ll feel right at home here.

What you’ll be doing

  • Turn complex payment tech into messaging that makes sense (and actually lands)
  • Own positioning and help define how the product shows up in the market
  • Partner closely with Product + Sales to shape go-to-market plans
  • Build decks, battlecards, and anything else sales needs to win deals
  • Lead product launches and make sure everyone (internally + externally) is aligned
  • Keep a pulse on competitors and the broader payments space
  • Talk to customers and prospects to really understand what matters to them

What we’re looking for

  • 5–10 years in product marketing - ideal candidates started their career working at a Bank then transitioned to a banking SaaS provider
  • unicorn candidate has also been a Product Manager
  • Solid understanding of payments—especially payment hubs, ACH, wires, real-time rails, etc.
  • You’ve supported enterprise sales cycles (multiple stakeholders, longer deals)
  • Comfortable working with technical products and translating them into business value
  • Strong storyteller—clear, simple, and persuasive
  • Someone who doesn’t need a playbook handed to them
  • craves Autonomy but welcomes collaboration
  • Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) best practices and experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).

Why this is interesting

  • You’ll have real ownership—not just executing someone else’s ideas
  • The product is complex (in a good way), so your work actually matters
  • You’ll work closely with smart Product and Sales teams
  • Big opportunity to shape how this company tells its story in the market
