Product Marketing Director

Job Description
Client Summary:
  • Provides cloud-based infrastructure to support innovation in health-related technologies.

  • Aims to enhance collaboration across science, tech, and healthcare.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Create and publish content: Write blog posts, develop tutorial videos, and build out our social media presence
  • Craft audience-specific messaging: Tailor product positioning and storytelling for clinicians, hospital system execs, and researchers
  • Build a content flywheel: Promote researcher-built tools, highlight their success stories, and drive platform adoption
  • Showcase product features: Develop and execute content strategies that bring our product functionality to life
  • Support GTM initiatives: Help the sales team with messaging frameworks and educational content
  • Be hands-on: This is an individual contributor role—execution is as important as strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with leadership (CSO, CEO, CTO, CIO), product, and research teams
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a related field
  • Strong content chops: You’ve written standout blog posts, filmed or edited video tutorials, and led successful social campaigns
  • Clear communicator: You can speak credibly to hospital executives, academic researchers, and clinicians alike
  • Design-savvy: While you won’t be doing full-scale design, you should be comfortable making design decisions using tools like Photoshop
  • Self-starter: Comfortable building a content strategy from scratch and executing on it
  • Creative and fresh-thinking: You’re not stuck in the old health system playbook—you bring a modern approach to marketing health AI tools
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Experience in health tech or with academic medical centers is a big plus

Compensation $150k-$160k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
