A diagnostics organization is seeking a US Product Manager to lead upstream marketing for a portfolio of PCR assays and instrumentation. This role drives product strategy, translates voice-of-customer insights into action, and supports products from concept through launch in partnership with commercial and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead upstream product strategy and lifecycle management

  • Translate VOC, market trends, and competitive insights into recommendations

  • Partner with commercial teams on product launches

  • Support product development from concept through commercialization

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Sales, Quality, and Operations

  • Represent the company at conferences and customer meetings

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management or marketing within clinical diagnostics / IVD

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field

  • Strong knowledge of PCR and molecular diagnostics

  • Experience in infectious disease diagnostics

  • Willingness to travel up to ~30%
