Upside Search is partnering with a growing home healthcare technology company to hire a Product Manager who will take ownership of internal tools and billing-related products that directly support a core revenue-generating function. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to an evolving product environment, working closely with technical teams, and balancing the priorities of Engineering, UX, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

In this role, you will:

• Own the roadmap and prioritization for internal and billing-related products
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to guide product decisions
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Participate in standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and product launches
• Align Engineering, UX, Billing, Product, and leadership throughout the development lifecycle
• Communicate timelines, risks, tradeoffs, and product updates to senior leadership
• Track product performance and connect outcomes to revenue, retention, customer satisfaction, and operational improvement
• Help transform siloed workflows into a more organized, research-driven product function

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 5+ years of Product Management or closely related PM/BA experience
• Experience supporting SaaS products specifically coming from home healthcare industry
• Healthcare technology experience with medical billing, claims, Medicaid, or Medicare
• Strong knowledge of Agile product development and experience working directly with Engineering teams
• The ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience with APIs and technically complex products or systems
• Familiarity with Jira, Figma, Aha!, or similar product and roadmap tools
• Exceptional organization, resilience, and stakeholder-management skills
• The confidence to push back respectfully and communicate clearly under pressure
