Product Manager, Live Video Monitoring – New York, NY (Full-Time)

Overview
Our client is seeking a results-oriented Product Manager to lead the operational success of their Live Video Monitoring (LVM) offering. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and customer experience, with direct influence on profitability and execution. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of cross-functional leadership, technical savvy, and data-driven insight to unify teams and drive operational excellence across the LVM lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the central operational leader connecting Sales, Technical Services, Installation, and Monitoring functions.

  • Align execution with strategic and financial objectives, managing budgets and optimizing performance across the LVM product line.

  • Support pre-sales efforts with technical feasibility assessments and customer solution design.

  • Oversee the technical performance of LVM systems, ensuring upgrades, installations, and issue resolution are seamless and scalable.

  • Lead installation planning and coordination, monitoring quality and timelines through defined KPIs.

  • Ensure Central Station Monitoring teams meet SLAs through SOP adherence and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Analyze operational data to uncover trends, improve workflows, and drive performance enhancements.

  • Serve as a key escalation point for client issues, ensuring swift resolution and ongoing alignment with stakeholder expectations.

What You’ll Need

  • 7+ years in product management, operations, or technical program leadership, preferably within live video monitoring, security services, or tech-enabled operations.

  • Proven success in cross-functional team leadership and delivering measurable business results.

  • Strong understanding of video surveillance systems, installation processes, and monitoring workflows.

  • Analytical mindset with fluency in reporting and data tools to guide decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, IT, or a related field.

Preferred

  • PMP or related project management certification.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered video analytics or advanced surveillance technologies.

  • Knowledge of privacy and compliance standards applicable to video monitoring.
