POSITION PURPOSE
We are seeking a Product Manager to support the development, launch, and continuous improvement of our financial education product portfolio.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of products, ensuring they are structured, optimized, and continuously improved based on performance data and student feedback.
The Product Manager will help translate strategic product direction into organized execution, structured roadmaps, and measurable product improvements.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Optimization

Support the structured development, enhancement, and optimization of the company’s financial education products.

Maintain product documentation, development timelines, and update tracking.

Coordinate product improvements based on performance insights and user feedback.
Product Roadmap Execution

Assist in developing operational product roadmaps aligned with portfolio priorities defined by the Marketing Director.

Help organize improvement initiatives and product enhancements.

Prepare structured briefs for creative and operational teams.
Product Performance Monitoring
Track and analyze product-level KPIs including:

Revenue performance by product
-
Student engagement and completion rates
-
Retention and membership participation
-
Student activation and onboarding
-
Customer feedback indicators
Prepare performance reports and propose improvement initiatives.
Product Launch Coordination

Ensure assigned products are fully prepared for launch.

Coordinate launch timelines with marketing, creative, and operations teams.

Validate content completeness and readiness before market activation.
User Feedback & Product Improvements

Gather student feedback and identify product friction points.

Propose product improvements such as:

Content adjustments
-
Learning structure improvements

Visual or creative updates
-
Feature enhancements
Recommendations are submitted to the Marketing Director for prioritization.
