Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to CTO for a growing technology startup that provides management software to heavy industrial industry.

The Product Manager sets a clear go-to-market strategy in partnership with product marketing. The goal is to grow market share by increasing customers, taking product to mass market. Owns the enterprise administration strategy end-to-end, including writing product specs, driving cross-functional alignment, making thoughtful product decisions, and sharing insights and results across the company. Designs a set of best practices that will allow for increased agility to improve and remediate issues quickly. Develops and maintains a high-level understanding of ongoing client success trends in the software marketplace to ensure client success is a differentiator. Owns relationships with our enterprise level clients and builds processes that every client feels they love. Provides mid to advanced level support to clients through online, phone and video to resolve issues on system access, how-to’s, configuration-workflow design, and technical troubleshooting. Demonstrates craftsmanship (i.e., UX-UI) and is a champion for the customer informed by research, sales, and the customer experience team. Identifies the highest impact work, prioritize that work, and delivers improvements in a measurable way. Partners with colleagues in product, engineering, design, sales, marketing and customer support. Responsible for high functioning infrastructure and performance to more future thinking prototypes and features that center around scale, ease of use, and delegation of administrative responsibilities.

Background Required:
  • Product Management (8 years)
  • Manufacturing or logistics industries
  • Technology literate (MS Office, SQL queries, Reporting, etc.)
  • Capabilities & quality assurance testing
  • Developing new platforms and / or incorporating legacy technologies into a holistic customer experience
  • Developed product KPI’s
  • Project Management, Road mapping, Reporting
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Computer science, finance, engineering)
  • Residence: Miami, FL (Open to remote home-office environment)

  • Bilingual – English & Spanish
