Product Manager

Summary:
Kierstead Search Group, a premier nationwide executive search firm, has partnered with a prominent manufacturing company in the greater Cleveland, OH area. Our client is experiencing explosive growth and is looking for a Product Manager to fill a critical role and be instrumental in the company’s growth trajectory. Qualifications:

• Experience in a Product Manager role where you have accelerated marketing/sales initiatives that are more product-focused.
• Experience analyzing markets the company is targeting for product, targeting customers, and how they are designing product for those markets.
• Experience working alongside sales, marketing, engineering, and product development.
• Experience with pricing, marketing, and positioning products related to how they will take product to market (e.g. direct or distribution).
• Nice to have manufacturing experience, or at least have worked with manufactured products.
• 3+ years of experience and a degree is highly preferred.
