This position is responsible for product marketing and planning for all indoor and other associated products. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, managing the product through its complete lifecycle, including implementing the full marketing mix and developing powerful customer support tools.


May Include:

  • Developing and/or managing the introduction of new or revised products across the existing VRV Indoor product families and accessories
  • Developing and/or managing of introduction of new products targeted at new business development opportunities, to diversify sales
  • Responsible for consistently monitoring and maintaining a competitive multi routing sales strategy
  • Carrying out market research, including competitor studies, to determine and coordinate product specifications, features breakdown and reporting requirements to the factory or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) to ensure production of targeted technical requirements. Implementing a regular and systematic customer feedback process
  • Supporting PDM/HCM process and for factory projects, establishing and maintaining regular contact with the factory engineers for progress information
  • Obtaining all necessary technical information for complete product information documentation including SDS, Guide specs, product bulletins, sales presentations and for delivering documents with complete technical details for release to employees and/or Sales Partners
  • Pro-actively implementing all aspects of the marketing mix, including advertising, PR, channel partner support programs, partner “Product Champions”, exhibitions and corporate events, regional promotions ensuring timely and cost effective production of all materials
  • Providing technical information, sales and support tools, and training to the Sales, Service Teams and sales partners
  • Developing and maintaining a Product MI (Management Index) summary for senior management to track product performance and to enable timely product management
  • Representing Company at networking events and seminars. Developing relationships with key clients to build long term sales opportunities
  • Proficient technical skills in Applied HVAC, covering Design, Application, Equipment & Controls, Review, National Codes, Installation and Commissioning
