A third-generation, family-owned manufacturer specializing in slicing, dicing, and warming equipment for the foodservice industry. Their products are widely used by fast-food chains, convenience stores, and cold-condiment island programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience with commercial foodservice equipment, cooking/warming systems, countertop devices, or related industrial machinery.
• Comfortable joining sales discovery calls to understand customer needs and translating those requirements into engineering direction.
• Strong communicator who can effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams — a key part of this role’s responsibility as the liaison between sales and engineering.
• Hands-on engineer who enjoys participating in design work and occasional prototyping.
• CAD proficiency and the ability to contribute to design work are strong pluses.
• Open to relocation to the NW OH area (if not local); relocation assistance is available.
