Our client, a global tier one automotive supplier, is looking for a Product Engineer to join their growing team in Farmington Hills. This is the largest global supplier in their space and is manufacturing cutting-edge technology in their product lines.

Responsibilities 

  • Direct and coordinate activities for assigned projects and programs
  • Facilitate DFMEA development and definition
  • Lead engineering & design activities utilizing product design standards
  • Releasing 2D & 3D data to internal manufacturing plants and suppliers
  • Assist with management of programs


Experience 

  • Technical Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of experience in automotive product design or 4+ with automotive glazing
  • Experience with GD&T and tolerance stack-up principles
  • Understanding of UG, CATIA or similar CAD packages
