The following are some of the skills we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- HVAC design experience in the manufacturing environment a MUST
- Good understanding of (vapor compression cycle) HVAC System Operation
- Familiar with Design for Manufacturing principles
- Familiar with DFMEA
- Component qualification
- Bill of Material creation, & familiar with ERP
- CAD 3D modeling (SolidWorks is a Plus)
- Experience with the following Testing Standards, and Safety & Compliance Standards: UL1995, UL60335, AHRI 210/240, ASHRAE 37, ASHRAE 41 and ASHRAE 193
