Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply engineering principles and project management techniques to oversee and deliver projects from initiation through to completion.
• Design and develop economical and effective small to medium-scale product solutions that reinforce our market position.
• Utilize advanced drafting tools and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD to produce detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Prepare comprehensive manufacturing instructions and specifications to ensure smooth transition from design to production.
• Input critical data including Bills of Materials (BOM) and manufacturing processes into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to align production parameters with design specifications.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in 3D modeling tools, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and technical procedures.
• Mathematical acumen, particularly with algebra, geometry, fractions, percentages, ratios, and their application in practical scenarios.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English, essential for client and team interactions.
• Capability to follow varied instruction formats including written, oral, diagram, or schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment.
• Advanced degrees or certifications related to industrial design or mechanical engineering.
• Prior experience with ERP systems, particularly those integrated with design and manufacturing modules.
• Hands-on experience in product testing and quality assurance protocols.
• Familiarity with sustainable design methodologies or experience in implementing green technologies in product design.
