Job Description

- Product Ownership & Development
- Own product roadmap and requirements for ACO data and analytics modules, aligning with business goals.
- Define and manage quality metrics (CQM, eCQM, CMS measures) and cost/utilization measures, partnering with analysts.
- Oversee proper data use and mapping across claims, beneficiaries, expense reports, and clinical data (EHR, claims).
- Translate business needs into technical specs and prioritize product backlog to ensure high-impact delivery.
- Project & Stakeholder Management
- Drive Agile processes, manage risks and roadblocks, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with data teams, analysts, and business leaders to deliver quality performance data.
- Serve as primary contact for quality metric initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed on progress and issues.
- Sales & Demo Support
- Create product demos and client use cases to support sales and discovery efforts.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Python, data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), and visualization tools (Power BI).
- Strong understanding of data governance, HIPAA compliance, and CMS quality program logic.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (master's strongly preferred).
- 2+ years of experience as a product analyst within the ACO space, data analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in US healthcare with a strong foundational understanding of end-to-end ACO performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Confluence/JIRA, project management software, and data analytics tools.
