They are currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator to report into their Procurement Specialist and assist with the day to day operations.

As the Procurement Coordinator, your role will be to assist the team in all areas of supplier management, onboarding of new vendors, coordination of purchases for goods and services for offices across North America. You will ensure all proper documentation is current and accurate within the ERP system. You ensure all proper supplier insurance certificates are validated and purchase orders are entered into the system in a timely manner. Any revisions or requests on terms of businesses by suppliers will come to you and you will be required to work closely with the legal department to ensure corporate compliance with contracts. The Procurement Coordinator will be the main point of contact to resolve any issues and help improve process efficiency. This role requires the incumbent to work closely with stakeholders and project managers to ensure procurement practices are adhered to.

The Ideal Candidate will be a strong communicator who can help build and maintain vendor relationships. You will bring a minimum of 4 years of experience working in a procurement function and a college diploma in procurement or business administration would be a huge asset. Your knowledge of ERP systems will come in handy, and your stellar customer service will be required to work with managers across the organization. The appropriate candidate will be able to demonstrate exemplary time management and organizations skills. You will know how to meet tight deadlines and drive results. Proven ability to work independently but also be part of a larger procurement team is essential.
