Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the COO of a growing 3PL focused within the ecommerce retail distribution space. The company has been growing for 11 years and now has 3 facilities across the country, totaling 2.3 million square feet of omni-channel distribution.
Responsible for the process improvement management, training floor personnel, troubleshooting for their 225,000 square feet operating with temp and full time associates. Will be responsible for maintaining, trouble shooting, and improving on all interfaces to/from WMS, material handling systems, RF devices (android, apple, AML scepters), and other hardware (printers, label makers, etc.) Trouble shoot and correct systems related hardware/software problems. Operating in a hands-on environment identifies and directs the implementation of cost saving opportunities.

Background Required:
  • The ability to work with our Existing IT support and to follow directions.
  • Trouble shoot basic PC and Laptop issues with the help Existing IT Support.
  • Replace keyboard, mouse, and monitors for end users and keep track of an inventory.
  • Trouble shoot Printer issues with outside Vendor and Existing IT Support.
  • Trouble shoot and Configure RF Guns, I-Pads, I-Phones, finger scanners with Existing IT Support for all facilities.
  • The ability to change and test printer heads on Zebra Printers.
  • Change and keep track of printer toners for all NJ Sites.
  • Keep track of all equipment assigned to users and add asset tags for All NJ Sites.
  • The ability for follow directions to install Mobile carts, warehouse workstations and any other office equipment needed by users.
  • The ability to use a scissor lift and or Ladder to trouble shoot install AP’s and Cameras in all facilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365, teams and zoom.
  • Basic understanding of Network TCP-IP to plug in phones, printers, and PC’s.
  • Answer incoming email and phone support requests and track requests in our ticketing system.
  • Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and solve tickets

  • Basic understand of WMS is a plus
  • Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Background Preferred (but not required):
  • MBA or Master’s Degree
  • Retail, Industrial, Automotive, Manufacturing sector experience
  • Familiarity with lean
  • Bilingual
