Process Engineering Manager

They are seeking a Process Engineering Manager to contribute to the innovation and optimization of their manufacturing processes. Focus:

  • Lead and manage engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
  • Oversee and enhance manufacturing processes through advanced engineering methodologies.
  • Implement and manage Lean Six Sigma projects, ensuring best practices in process improvement and efficiency.
  • Develop and sustain maintenance reliability programs to enhance production uptime and equipment longevity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive engineering solutions that align with company objectives.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and practices in metals manufacturing, enhancing productivity and quality.

Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in engineering, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing processes and engineering principles, particularly in the metals manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of managing and implementing Lean Six Sigma projects, with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of cross-functional engineering applications and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in maintenance reliability programs is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide team members.
