Are you a Process Engineer with experience in soybean or other oilseeds processing technology? Are you interested in leveraging your expertise in the rapidly growing Renewable Fuels market?

We are partnering with an Industry Leader that is undertaking a major expansion of its Renewable Diesel business. One of their top priorities is to bring on a Lead Process Engineer for a key technical role in its new, state-of-the-art biofeedstock Pre-treatment unit. This facility will pretreat soybeans, canola, and fats for processing and conversion into Renewable Diesel fuel, which is a green, lower carbon replacement for fossil fuel-derived traditional diesel fuel that is in increasing demand.

About the Position, and How You Will Make a Difference: The Lead Process Engineer will contribute biofeedstock processing expertise by conducting engineering studies and formulating & developing advanced engineering concepts for the Pretreatment unit. Following startup, the role will expand to include providing day-to-day process engineering support, direction, and development assistance, tackling and solving technical problems related to projects, troubleshooting and updating report data for the business, and developing projects to optimize day-to-day operations.

The Education and Experience You Will Bring: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5 or more years of experience in an agricultural, food, or chemical plant, including experience with oilseeds extraction and/or renewable fuels processing.
