Our client is a leading manufacturer within the plastics industry and growing at a rate of 100% organically throughout the last 10 years.

 

The Position

This dynamic company is looking for a Process Engineer to join their team and interact with their Production and Manufacturing leaders on a daily basis supporting process improvements and plant layout improvements. 

 

Process Engineer Candidate Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• Lead projects
• Engineering degree
• Proven track record of improving processes
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Passion and sense of urgency
• Prior experience working within Manufacturing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Able to work within the United States

 

Compensation

Process Engineer Salary: $85K - $100K

Bonus: Annual targeted bonus 

Process Engineer Annual Compensation: $95K - $110K
