• Provide process oversight for multiple production operations.
• Recommend and lead facilities, procedural and process improvements to maintain and improve production quality, safety, cost and efficiency in line with the Continuous Improvement philosophy.
• Lead role on projects or other teams for expansions or improvements as a technical resource/expert.
• Mentor junior Process and Project engineers and serve as a technology expert.
• Lead quality investigations and form a team with appropriate internal representatives from Engineering, Quality, and Production. Tracks progress of investigation (RCA), and ensures appropriate actions are taken to correct deficiencies.
• Conducts trials as required to ensure continuous improvement of the manufacturing process and to develop or validate new products at the site.
• Relocation provided. $110K-$140K.

• The Process Engineer / Production Engineer will have a BS degree with a chemical engineering major and 4+ years of experience.
• Knowledgeable in chemical unit operations.
• Strong ability to communicate and direct activities of operators and maintenance.
• Experience with fibers or composites a plus.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
