We Need You To:
• Be a change agent in helping expand our core competencies associated with high and low pressure injection molding; • Develop and apply statistical methods to optimize processing parameters, establish standards and validate process capability; • Analyze process performance data and identify trends and countermeasures to reduce process variation; • Apply continuous improvement methods including; lean manufacturing, six sigma and A-3 problem solving techniques to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability and cost effectiveness; • Develop, and implement control systems to improve and sustain production efficiency and product quality; • Promote decisions driven by data instead of opinion.
What You Bring: • Bachelor of Science Degree in Polymer Science or Plastics Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent tech-nical education; • 7-10 years of proven experience in a plastics manufacturing environment; • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability work cross-functionally to achieve best outcomes; • Well organized self-starter skilled in time management; • Experience working with programmable logic controller (PLC), control logic and human machine interface (HMI) is beneficial; • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook • Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and hydraulic schematics an plus;Click here to apply online
