Role & Responsibilities:
- Developing, configuring and optimizing processes from inception through CQV (Commissioning, Qualification & Validation)
- Data Analysis - Assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data
- Value Stream Mapping and Loss Analysis for critical KPIs
- Develop best practices, SOPs and innovative solutions to drive quality and production improvements
- Determine equipment and material specifications to drive improvements
- Development and Execution of CAPEX projects
- Drive OEE improvement through root cause analysis and projects

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 0-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including ability to formulate business strategy
- Outstanding oral, written, and formal presentation skills including ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment. Detail oriented with strong organization skills
- Self-motivated, able to make quick, calculated decisions, follow through with responsibilities and be accountable for results
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
